Finding the right moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body can make all the difference in a busy week. At Flare Yoga, the class schedule is designed to make that moment easy to find. Whether you’re looking for a shared practice with others or a more personalized experience, the weekly calendar helps you quickly see which sessions are available and choose a time that fits your life.

All sessions are guided by Danae, an RYT-200 certified instructor, pre&postnatal certified instructor and member of the Yoga Alliance. Her approach to yoga combines attentive guidance with an understanding that every body is different. Each class is built to support mindful movement, modifications seamlessly woven into every class, and a safe, supportive environment for practice.
