Hi, I'm Danae, your Yoga Instructor.
I founded Flare Yoga with a clear and deeply personal mission: to create an inclusive yoga space where every body feels welcome, respected, and empowered.
Living with chronic illness since my early twenties, I was told my fitness and activity levels would always be limited. Yoga became the practice that challenged that narrative — not by ignoring physical limits, but by listening to them. Through yoga, I rebuilt confidence, strength, and trust in my body, discovering that progress doesn’t come from comparison, but from connection.

Sessions Available
There are a range of session types that you can book, from 1-to-1 sessions to group sessions. All sessions are conducted over zoom and will be built to accommodate the individual needs of every student.
Flare Yoga’s private 1-to-1 sessions are thoughtfully tailored for clients living with chronic illness, long term injuries, and pre and postnatal needs. Every session centres on accessible movement, compassionate support, and choice-led modifications so clients can build strength and self-trust at their own pace.
Flare Yoga’s group sessions are designed to be genuinely inclusive, with seamless modifications offered throughout so every student can choose what feels right for their body without judgement. Each class prioritises stillness, awareness, and self-connection over “perfect” poses, creating a supportive community space to move, heal, and grow.
